Lt. Gov. Dalton Supports Early Childhood Investments
“We are helping children to perform better in our future economy. There are many studies that show that the investment in early childhood development is one of the best investments you can make. It will have a return anywhere from two times to seventeen times,” said Walter Dalton, NC Lieutenant Governor.
