The General Requirements on page 12 of the re-released RFA state that no less than 25% of total annual award must be provided to child care sites and at least one Demonstration Site. Please clarify that this means 25% of total annual SIF award and not 25% of total annual project budget, which would include matching funds. In other words, if we have a $100K SIF award and $100K matching funds for a total project budget of $200K annually, would we be required to designate at least $50K for child care sites & Demonstration Site or only $25K?

This would be 25% of the total budget. So if you have $100k award and $100k match, $50k would need to go toward child care sites and one demonstration site.
