Once again a program has been created that don’t benefit ….. (All)….. children! How can I find the list of low income countues? I’m sorry it’s not fare to the other students and their families.
In the RFA, Appendix I provides a list and a map of the North Carolina counties at or above State averages among low income children ages 2-4 for percent overweight or obese in 2014 (most recent data). Since Shape will be offered in various child care settings in these counties, all children in attendance at any child care site will benefit from the activities associated with this initiative.
