I’m having a difficult time tracking down county-level childhood obesity data…I can either find county-level adult obesity rates, or state-level childhood obesity rates, but I have yet to see it drilled down to what Shape wants. Would you happen to know what resources would be able to provide that data?

In the RFA, Appendix I provides a list and a map of the North Carolina counties at or above State averages among low income children ages 2-4 for percent overweight or obese in 2014 (most recent data).
