For profit corporations are not eligible for this RFA. Eligible subgrantees include non-profit, community based organizations or institutes of higher education familiar with, and experienced in, providing coaching and consultation to child care providers in their communities as well as knowledge of best practices in health, nutrition, and physical activity in early childhood (Reference RFA, page 9, C: Eligibility).
