The Comprehensive Remediation Plan for the Leandro Ruling Was Released This Week

This week the comprehensive action plan in the long-running Leandro case was released and submitted to Superior Court judge David Lee. The plan is intended to address how North Carolina can meet its obligation to provide the opportunity for a sound, basic education to all students.
