Full Stack Developer
North Carolina Partnership for Children
Seeking a full-time .NET Web Developer to support a statewide nonprofit dedicated to the health and development of young children across NC. The Full Stack Developer will be part of a small IT team and will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into functional web-based applications throughout all stages of the software development lifecycle. While some on-the-job learning is to be expected, candidates should have the base knowledge necessary to be productive within 90 days of being introduced to the various applications they will be developing and maintaining.
Responsibilities include:
- Implement, maintain and support client web site development.
- Design, develop, and test web applications using ASP.NET, MVC and C#.
- Collaborate with the team to create a framework for developing solutions consistently and
- Build and execute quality code to support enhanced digital experiences, meet business requirements, and align to performance standards as well as digital best practices.
- Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals, and ensure site-wide code, architecture and configuration changes meet the strategic needs.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in developing web applications
- Strong knowledge of C# and ASP.NET, Application Security (OWASP best practices) and MVC framework[AS1]
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL for implementing database driven, web- based applications
- Familiarity with JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, Vue.js
Compensation & Benefits:
The new hire will be eligible for our generous benefits package including free employee-only health coverage and a 7% discretionary company contribution to the 401k.
Pay range:
The pay range for this position is $69,000 – $82,800 annually.
This is a hybrid role, which may include 10-15% travel within North Carolina.
