Children & Youth Partnership seeks an Early Care & Education Specialist to support child care programs in Dare County. This full-time position provides coaching, technical assistance, professional development and training to help programs strengthen classroom practices, improve assessment scores, and maintain or increase NC Star Rated Licenses.
