Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be received by March 11, 2012 to receive a full refund. Cancellations after that date will not be refunded. All cancellations and/or substitutions must be submitted via email to conference@smartstart.org. Please include your registration information in the email. The email must come from the original email address that you used during registration.
