Evaluation proposals may consider local teams as potential data collectors or they may propose sending in their own data collectors. The local teams have been advised that they will play a role in facilitating the evaluation. They have also been told that exactly what will be expected of them will become more clear once the evaluator is selected and the evaluation plan finalized. No matter what data collection plan proposed, it is of paramount importance to indicate steps you will take for ensuring data integrity, consistency, and overall quality as well as high response rates.
